The Duke of Berkshire® 14-month-matured ham is prepared according to time-honoured Flemish tradition and craftsmanship. This ham can only be created using sea salt and time. The Duke of Berkshire ham is slightly fattier than a regular ham, giving it better flavour. All these factors, together with a ageing process of at least 14 months, ensure the delicious taste and characteristic aroma.
