An American cut that comes from the neck and shoulder of the pig. The Boston butt is most commonly used at BBQ competitions. The slow cooking of the meat on the BBQ takes some time but what you get in return is absolutely amazing. True BBQ connoisseurs will know that the Boston butt is a unique cut of meat; it is referred to as ‘the money muscle’.
